At Venue 31 we have a 4,000 sqft main building with a stage, a full commercial kitchen, separate women’s and men’s bathrooms, a groom’s room, a full bridal suite, and a partially covered back patio. The property has a large parking lot out front and vast green space in the back. We also have a 1,200 sqft covered pavilion area often used for ceremonies.
